President Information

If your church doesn’t already have a consent waiver please print out the waiver/consent form (double-sided) and have their parents sign it.
Make sure everyone has registered even if they are free. This will help our staff with planning ahead of time.
We will try to provide cots for the outer island leaders (registered leaders). We may not have enough so plan accordingly. We will not be providing anything for the Oahu people, but you are welcome to bring something to sleep on with you.
All youth will be in tents this year. If you have a youth that won’t go because they don’t want to stay in a tent let us know and we will do what we can to get that youth to come to camp.
If a youth can’t make it because of financial reasons please talk to your church first and then let us know and we will do what we can to help.
It will be hot. Bring a fan if you need one.
Everyone without a HIPAC ID will be required to go through a training program with Pastor Pua.
Please make sure your youth bring a water bottle!!!
